It’s Big. It’s Fluffy.

The Big Fluff Pullover pattern is joining The Big Fluff family on Friday! Today I wanted to share that the pattern preview is up on Ravelry! This pattern preview is where you can find out more information about the design, construction, and yarn used. It’s also where you can take a peek at some of the test knitters AMAZING Big Fluffs!

If you’ve supported any of my recent pattern releases you might have noticed that I’ve been trying to include and make video tutorials to support the patterns. These videos can be found linked in the patterns as well as on my YouTube Channel-and this applies to The Big Fluff Pullover as well! This pattern has videos that I specifically filmed for a couple sections of the sweater to give you visual guidance in case you should need it. I plan on doing this for my patterns going forward, but would love your feedback to know if this is something you like? Since they do take a lot of time to create I want to make sure they are worthwhile for you.

If you find yourself in need of some fluffy yarn for your Big Fluff-I have good news! The Lamb & Kid will be offering a 2 part Dyed to Order (Friday & Sunday) featuring their beautiful Suri alpaca and silk base Birdie! This is the yarn I used in my Big Fluff and I have to say I just absolutely love it! The fabric that holding 3 strands together on large needles creates is so incredibly lightweight and airy! You can find out more information about the colors and bases that will be available during this Dyed to Order by checking out their Instagram.

A stack of The Big Fluff Pullover, Cowl, and Shawl.

I love that you are going to include videos showing how to “tackle” difficult sections of your patterns. I know when I knit your Wavy Gravy sweater pattern there were moments of insecurity as to how to do the decreases at the top of the sweater. But everything worked out and I love the sweater. Videos might have been helpful. So in other words definitely do videos!!

Thank you Donna for letting me know and I will continue to work on videos. Hopefully in the process I will get better at filming them as well LOL. There is definitely a learning curve for me with all this tech stuff ha! But it’s good to know you appreciate them! xo!
