My last summer knit of 2020. I can’t believe summer is almost over! It’s always so bittersweet when summer ends. I love fall, but I hate to see summer go. I love the long days, warm temps, and endless sunshine. This short sleeve sweater knit out of a worsted weight yarn that is composed of cotton, linen, wool, & silk is the perfect blend for warmer temps. It looks equally as cute with jeans as it does with shorts. I love all the details on this knit & the pattern was extremely well written and easy to follow. I did make some modifications because I was using a heavier yarn than what the pattern called for & I made mine short sleeved. Find all my modifications below.

Pattern Modifications:

Knit with worsted weight yarn instead of DK on size 7 needles
No short rows
Worked raglan increases per pattern up until the section where the raglans turn into a 3 row repeat. In this section I worked as follows:
Row 1 continue increasing in the back only
Row 2 same as round 1 from pattern
Row 3 K all sts no increases
Repeat last 3 rows until the back and front sts are even then I went back to doing the raglan increases EOR(every other row)
Followed instructions per pattern for sleeve split and body.
For Body I did not continue increasing as I do not like A-line shapes on me but to keep the eyelets I would just K2tog YO or vice versa depending on what pattern said to keep the sts count at 170. Knit 6 total eyelets. For the hem I purled 1 round K3 rounds and BO Purlwise
Sleeves: PU sts per pattern then BO using a purl BO
